An Owner’s Health and Spirit

We’re adults. We know that it is important to stay healthy. But why do so many business owners struggle to take care of their health and spirit? We avoid doctor’s visits, we fail to exercise, we succumb to the Twinkies in the pantry. Yet simultaneously, physical wellness is revered in our culture, and spiritual wellness is often neglected.

How do you plan to maintain your health?

Doctor’s visits, sick days, and exercise do not exist within the vast majority of planning systems. And that’s a problem, because any good planning system forces you to prioritize what is on the to-do list over what is not. If your health isn’t an input, then it’s automatically not a priority.

The same goes for your mental health. Meditation, church, or quiet times can easily be lost in the shuffle. Your planning model is even less likely to address this than it is to address your physical wellbeing.

It’s absolutely necessary to get your health in check.

To play a big game, you can’t be on the bench. Getting your health and spirit in order has to be a priority.

If you’re ready to get serious about your health and spirit in 2020, our world-class coaching program may be the right fit for you. Learn more here.
